Each candle is carefully hand-poured and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. During busy periods, this may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Delivery Method
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been sent.

For those who need their candles sooner, a Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade is available at checkout.

Every candle is securely wrapped and cushioned in protective packaging to safeguard the glass jar during transit.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected service.
We occasionally offer complimentary UK shipping on orders over £50.


Returns

We hope you love your candles. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The candle must be unused and unlit

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • It must be safely packaged to prevent damage in transit

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrives damaged or faulty, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
